Platinum Programme: Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before applying for or purchasing the Platinum programme. By confirming your place and making payment, you agree to them.
Last updated: 26 September 2026
1. Who you’re contracting with
The Platinum programme (the “Programme”) is provided by Lesley Elder Consulting Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom, contactable at lesley@lesleyelderaznar.com (“I”, “me”, “my”).
“You” means the individual who applies for and purchases a place on the Programme. Places are personal to you and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
The Programme is delivered online to clients located in different countries. These terms are written to work wherever you are based, and to sit alongside the consumer rights you have under the law of your own country.
2. What the Programme is
Platinum is a 90-day, done-for-you service to help you set up your consulting business. Over the 90 days I will, with your input and approval, produce the deliverables described on the current sales page. These include your consulting offer and pricing, a LinkedIn profile rebuild, a client proposition document, a list of 20 target organisations with drafted approach messages, and your social content including a launch post. You also receive access to the Get Your First Clients course, the She’s The Consultant community, and Ellevate as set out in clause 9.
The exact deliverables are those listed on the sales page at the time you purchase. If a deliverable changes by agreement during the Programme, the agreed version applies.
3. What the Programme is not
- It is not a guarantee of income, clients, or any particular business result. See clause 8.
- It does not include a website.
- It does not include legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory advice for your business. You are responsible for setting up your own business correctly, including any registration, tax, insurance and contracts.
- It does not remove your obligation to comply with your own employment terms. If you are employed, you are responsible for checking that starting a consulting business is permitted under your contract. See clause 4.
4. Your responsibilities
The Programme only works if you take part. You agree to:
- attend the 2-hour kick-off and book your calls within the 90 days;
- review drafts and respond to questions within a reasonable time, and within 2 working days during the first two weeks, so the work can move;
- carry out the agreed outreach and actions, including the steps that the guarantee in clause 7 depends on;
- provide accurate information about yourself and your experience;
- comply with your own employment contract and any restrictions in it. I can help you think through a safe approach, but you are solely responsible for compliance.
If you don’t hold up your side, timelines will slip and the guarantee in clause 7 may not apply.
5. Price and payment
The price is £3,795 paid in full, or 3 monthly payments of £1,450, as chosen at purchase.
- If you choose the payment plan, each instalment is due on the same date each month. Access to calls, the community, the course and continued work may be paused if a payment is missed and not resolved within 7 days.
- All instalments remain payable in full even if you stop taking part, unless these terms say otherwise.
- Prices are in pounds sterling. Any bank, card or currency conversion fees are yours.
- The pay-in-full price is a discount on the total payable under the plan. It reflects payment upfront and is not available retrospectively.
6. Cancellation and refunds
The Programme is bought online and at a distance. Where you buy as a consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel within a cooling-off period under the law of the country where you live. In many countries, including across the UK and the EU, this period is 14 days from purchase. The following applies:
- If you cancel within your cooling-off period and I have not yet started work at your request, you receive a full refund.
- Platinum is a high-touch service that starts quickly. If you want me to begin work within your cooling-off period, for example the kick-off or asset build, you will be asked to confirm that you want work to start and that you understand you may lose your right to a full refund. If you then cancel, you may be charged a reasonable amount for the work already carried out, up to the full price.
- Once your cooling-off period has ended, or once agreed work has been completed, the fee is non-refundable.
- Deciding you no longer have time, or changing your mind about consulting, is not grounds for a refund once work has started.
Nothing in this clause removes any statutory cancellation right you have under the law of the country where you live.
7. The guarantee
I guarantee that you will have a business ready to launch within 90 days, provided you have taken part as set out in clause 4.
After the 90 days, I will keep working with you until you win your first paid client, for a period of up to three further months, on condition that you are carrying out the outreach and actions we have agreed together and are responding to feedback. If you are not doing the agreed work, this continued support ends.
The guarantee is a commitment of my time and support. It is not a guarantee that you will earn any particular amount, win any particular client, or achieve any financial result. See clause 8.
8. No guarantee of earnings or results
Your results depend on your effort, your market, your experience and factors outside my control. Nothing I say, write, or provide is a promise of income, revenue, or specific business outcomes. Any examples or testimonials are not a guarantee that you will get the same.
9. Course, community and Ellevate
- Get Your First Clients course: access is personal to you, for your own use, for 12 months. You may not share, resell or reproduce the course content.
- She’s The Consultant community: access is granted while you are a Platinum member. I may remove anyone who is abusive, disruptive, or in breach of these terms.
- Ellevate: you receive Ellevate access as a Platinum member during your Programme, and a further year of Ellevate included once you have launched. Ellevate access is subject to its own community guidelines and may be withdrawn for breach.
10. Bookable calls
Calls are available to book across your 90-day Programme. They do not roll over beyond the Programme and unused calls are not refundable or exchangeable. Please give 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Missed calls without notice are treated as used.
11. Intellectual property
- The frameworks, templates, course content and methods I use remain my property. You receive a licence to use them for your own business only.
- The finished assets I create for you, including your proposition document, LinkedIn copy, posts and target list, are yours to use in your business once the Programme fee is paid.
- You may not copy, resell, or share my materials, templates or course content with anyone else.
12. Confidentiality
Each of us will keep the other’s confidential information private and use it only to run the Programme. This includes your business plans and my materials and methods.
13. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that:
- my total liability to you is limited to the total fees you have paid for the Programme;
- I am not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or other indirect or consequential loss;
- I am not responsible for decisions you make in your business, or for the acts of any third party, including clients, platforms, or tools.
14. Data protection
I will handle your personal data in line with applicable data protection law, including the UK GDPR and EU GDPR where they apply to you. I use your data to deliver the Programme and to contact you about it. I will not sell your data. Because I work with clients in different countries, your data may be processed outside the country where you live. Read the privacy policy for more information.
15. Termination
Either of us may end the Programme early if the other seriously breaches these terms and does not put it right within 14 days of being asked. If you end it because of my breach, you are refunded for work not yet done. If I end it because of your breach or non-payment, fees already due remain payable and are not refunded.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction, except where the law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there instead.
If you are a consumer, this clause does not remove the mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of the country where you live. Those rights apply on top of these terms.
17. Language and international clients
The Programme is delivered in English, and these terms are provided in English. By purchasing, you confirm you understand English well enough to take part and to agree to these terms. If you are a consumer in a country whose law requires terms in your own language, your rights under that law are not affected.
18. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to you is the one in force when you purchased your place.
19. Acceptance
By confirming your place and making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.
