Get Your First Clients

A twelve step course you work through at your own pace. Build a consulting business that sells to organisations, priced on outcomes rather than hours.
- Define your niche, your offer, your pricing, your marketing strategy
- Develop a LinkedIn profile storefront
- Launch and land your first client
- Workbook and online videos included
- Regular live Freshers Weeks to get you started. Next: 7 - 11 September 2026, then January 2027

Too busy to set up your consulting business alone? In Platinum, Lesley builds it for you, with your input.

Dream Bigger Coaching & Mentoring Package
With so much change in the job market, it can be difficult to work out your next career step.
It’s also difficult to imagine what’s possible when you’ve been in corporate for many years. We don’t know what we don’t know!

I created the Dream Bigger coaching programme to help you figure out the next chapter of your life and how you can use your existing experience in a different way.
Dream Bigger is for women who:
- Have had enough of corporate
- Are facing redundancy
- Are finding it harder to land that next job

- Ongoing support by email/messenger between calls.

Ellevate, £49 a month
Once you’ve been through the Get Your First Clients or Platinum programme, Ellevate is where you keep building. A weekly live coaching and teaching call with Lesley Elder-Aznar, a new toolkit item each week, with She’s The Consultant Membership included. It’s a highly engaged community, for women who are working on growing their business.
How to choose between the two courses
This is the question I get asked most, so here is the short answer.
Monetise is for selling your expertise to individuals
You package what you know into a course, workshop, template or coaching offer, and sell it. It’s the smaller step, and it works well alongside your job.
Get Your First Clients is for selling your services to organisations
You build a consulting business and sell to companies, priced on the outcome you deliver. Bigger fees, longer sales conversations, more structure needed.
Many women do Monetise first and then Get Your First Clients. That order works well. You get something sellable quickly, then build the bigger business behind it.
